Credit

• Pink Camera Productions must be credited as the official video director/production company in all uploads and promotional use of the content.

• Usage & Ownership

  • Pink Camera Productions maintains shared rights to the visual content. The artist retains full rights to the music, but the visual work may also be used in the Pink Camera Productions portfolio and promotional channels.

• Royalties

  • Pink Camera Productions is entitled to 10% of royalties or revenue generated from any project produced by Pink Camera Productions that is monetized.

  • This includes, but is not limited to: streaming platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Twitch), music video royalties, television placement, and licensing deals.

• Standard Rate = Royalty Agreement (10%)

• Discounted Video = Royalty Agreement (25%)

• Free Video = Royalty Agreement (75%)
