Holiday Mini Session – RSVP & Image Consent Form

Join us Sunday, Dec 7 from 2-4PM for our Holiday Mini Photoshoot Session! Located at Excellences Beauty Salon, 158 Everett Ave, Chelsea, MA 02150, hosted by Pink Camera Productions x Glo Lashes x Excellences Beauty Salon.

Each session includes a 30-minute time slots,holiday backdrop, professional lighting, props, and 5 digital photos delivered via email. The session price is $100, but if you RSVP in advance, you’ll receive $10 off, making the total $90. To reserve your time, a $25 deposit is required once we follow up with payment instructions through Cash App or Apple Pay. Walk-ins are welcome after scheduled appointments and will pay full price. Optional add-ons include: extra unedited photos ($10 each), minor retouching ($7 per photo), and a digital holiday card design ($20).

After submitting this form, we will contact you via email to confirm your time slot and send payment instructions. Your spot is officially reserved once the $25 deposit is received. On the day of the event, you will pay the remaining balance at check-in. Your digital photos will be delivered within up to one week.
