Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.
Remaining balance is due on or before the project date, unless otherwise stated.
Pricing & Fees
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Studio rental fees are separate from package pricing.
Travel fees vary by location.
Rush delivery, extra edits, and add-ons may incur additional charges.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Deposits are non-refundable.
Sessions may be rescheduled once (with at least 1 week’s notice)
Deliverables
The Client agrees to give PINK CAMERA creative freedom when it comes to editing and retouching images, with any specific requirements made in writing by the Client prior to editing session. Any additional revisions requested by the client will require a fee up to editor’s discretion.
Edited content will be delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround time.
Raw files are not included unless purchased as an add-on.
Clients must select final edits within 14 days of receiving proofs.
Clients must download gallery within 3 days of delivery. After this period, a $15 fee will apply to resend or recover gallery. PINK CAMERA PRODUCTIONS is not liable to hold on to any material after its sent and received by the Client.
Usage Rights
Pink Camera Productions retains copyright ownership of all media.
Media may not be sold, altered, or distributed to third parties without written consent.
Liability
Pink Camera Productions is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or equipment damage occurring during sessions.
The client is responsible for their own safety and belongings while on set, at a studio, or on location.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, accidents, technical issues), rescheduling will be offered at no extra cost.
For any projects that generate revenue (music videos, commercials, YouTube/Twitch shows, or other monetized content), additional terms apply regarding royalties and revenue sharing. Please review and sign the Monetized Projects Agreement before production begins.
