Deposit

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings (subscriptions and individual projects).

• Remaining balance is due on or before the project date, unless otherwise stated.

Pricing & Fees

• All prices are subject to change without notice.

• Studio rental fees are separate from package pricing.

• Travel fees vary by location.

• Rush delivery, extra edits, and add-ons may incur additional charges.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• Sessions may be rescheduled once (with at least 1 week’s notice).

• Cancellations with less than 72 hours’ notice result in forfeiture of deposit.

Deliverables

• Edited content will be delivered digitally within the agreed turnaround time.

• Raw files are not included unless purchased as an add-on.

• Clients must select final edits within 14 days of receiving proofs.

Usage Rights

• Pink Camera Productions retains copyright ownership of all media.

• Clients receive personal or business promotional usage rights only.

• Media may not be sold, altered, or distributed to third parties without written consent.

Liability

• Pink Camera Productions is not liable for personal injury, property damage, or equipment damage occurring during sessions.

• The client is responsible for their own safety and belongings while on set, at a studio, or on location.

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, accidents, technical issues), rescheduling will be offered at no extra cost.

For any projects that generate revenue (music videos, commercials, YouTube/Twitch shows, or other monetized content), additional terms apply regarding royalties and revenue sharing. Please review and sign the Monetized Projects Agreement before production begins.
